A twin sofa, and two chairs, along with a digital TV, wood burner and a nest of tables can be found here.

Lounge

An electric cooker with twin ovens, microwave, sink, compact dishwasher and fridge can be found here, along with the dining table.

Kitchen Diner

To the rear of the house is a recently added downstairs toilet and sink, next to the backdoor.

Downstairs Bathroom

A noticeboard with useful information, and the Wifi hub, can be found here at the foot of the stairs, along with coat hooks.

Hallway & Stairs

The front bedroom has a double bed and various cabinets, and a splendid view over the front lawn.

Main Bedroom

Twin beds with cupboard and chest of drawers available to guests.

Rear Bedroom

Includes electric shower, towel rail, heater, sink and toilet – and an incredible view across the fields!

Upstairs Bathroom

A mature and fenced garden surrounds the property, with a wooden bench and nearby summer house accessible to guests.

Gardens & Summer House

To the rear of the cottage, contains a washing machine and is accessible to guests for their use.

Outbuilding

Off-road parking for up to two cars can be found in front of the cottage. Recycling & waste bins are kept here.
